A first in Belgium: Audio show with ATC and Vertere

  • Wide Screen Audio 75 Zwijnaardsesteenweg Gent, Vlaams Gewest, 9000 Belgium (map)

Discover the unrivalled capabilities of the Vertere RG-1 Reference Groove Record Player. On 6 & 7 May Touraj Moghaddam, founder and CEO of Vertere Acoustics, will demonstrate how the RG-1 can re-create a live music experience unlike any other turntable.

To put the icing on the cake, we’ve invited Ben Lilly from ATC Technology, because what other speaker can do the live sound more justice than the ATC SCM150 model.

For comparison, the Vertere MG-1 MKII Magic Groove will also be demoed in combination with the unique ATC SCM50 special edition, an absolute first in Belgium! Finally, for those interested, the new Vertere DG-1S model will also be on display in the showroom.

We anticipate 3 different sessions:

  • Saturday 6 May – 14:00 – 16:30

  • Sunday 7 May – 11:00 – 13:30

  • Sunday 7 May – 14:00 – 16:30

Each session will proceed as follows:

We kick off with an in-depth introduction of ATC presented by Ben Lilly. He brings along the ATC SCM150 and SCM50 special edition models to nicely demonstrate the capabilities of both speakers through a number of demo tracks.

Next, Touraj Moghaddam – Founder and CEO of Vertere Acoustics, will be demoing a special selection of half speed mastered acetate records on the phenomenal RG-1 Reference Groove Record Player.

Additionally, he elaborates on Vertere’s philosophy, explains why the RG-1 is so phenomenal at reproducing a live music experience and demonstrates its distinction from the MG-1 model.
