All Vertere products come with a standard 2 year warranty, effective from the date of sale to the end user for new products.

 All serial Numbered Products’ warranty, upon registering on the website, can be extended to 5 years, and in the case of specific products outlined below to 10 years.

For the extended warranty to be valid, customers must register the product with Vertere Acoustics within six months of purchase.

Products which qualify for the 10 year extended warranty are as follows:

Turntables:           RG-1, SG-1 & MG-1
Tonearms:            Reference Tonearm, SG-1 PTA HB tonearm & SG-1 PTA tonearm
Cables:                  The Pulse-HB series cables and Pulse-XS Reference loudspeaker cable
Phono Preamp:     PHONO-1 (All versions up to & including current MkIIL)
Motor Drives:       Reference Motor Drive, Imperium Motor Drive & Tempo Motor Drive

NOTE:   All warranties are local to the country purchased and the remainder of the warranty will apply to any new secondary owner from the date of resale. However, local distributors on their discretion can assist on the warranty on any ‘foreign’ products in their territory. It is highly recommended in this situation to contact and advise the local Vertere distributor.
